The only things you cannot use them for is deposits for spiders, and shipping costs. 

The voucher is a single use discount code that will be emailed to you after purchase which you can then give to the recipient.

To redeem the voucher simply add the single use code to the discount code section on check out and the order total will automatically deduct the voucher amount. 

You cannot split the voucher across multiple orders unless you’ve purchased multiple vouchers for more than one person. Please let me know if that’s the case.

For an extra fee you can have the voucher posted directly to the recipient along with a lovely JSB greeting card and personalised handwritten message. Please leave the message in the comments box at checkout if you choose this option.

When purchasing E-gift vouchers only, including the option to have a copy posted to the recipient please choose the “ Gift Voucher” shipping option. If your order contains physical products as well then please choose one of the relevant delivery services for the goods.
