Do you currently have any spiders available for purchase?: Make sure you’re following our social media pages for important dates and other announcements on our babies.
Any spiders that are available will be on the website, so if you can't see any in the shop there will be a notice in the spider category of the shop with the date of the next batch of spiders to be added.
I don't sell spiders via email or social media messages, so the only place to purchase them is via the website.

How much are your spiders?: The costs for raising these spiders can change from egg-sac to egg-sac, along with the different species, packaging costs, and ultimately my prices need to cover the highest standard of raising, feeding, equipment, huge electric bills for their heating and lighting, insurance, and the individual attention that my spiders receive before going off to their new homes.
Packaging is one of the biggest costs as I will not compromise when it comes to my spiders being properly protected, heated, and insulated so that the journey to their new home is as comfortable and as safe as it can possibly be for a live creature.
The exact prices of my spiders aren't worked out until they become available for purchase, however as a guide price, my last Phidippus spiders sold in September 2023 were £30 each plus P&P.

What is the youngest age I can buy a spider from you?: None of my spiders will leave my care until at least i5, but will only leave if I’m satisfied they’re healthy, have had no molting issues during their time with me, and are great eaters.
I won't negotiate on this I'm afraid, sorry.
If you ever come across any other breeder selling a jumping spider that’s under i4, please do not purchase it! It is ethically wrong for them to send such a fragile young spider in the post and raises serious concerns about their care of living creatures.
Purchasing from them only encourages them to keep doing it, and more often than not, the spider will die either in transit, or before they reach i5 in your care.

Can I come collect my spider from you?: Unfortunately not no. These are primarily my pets and as such live at home with me, my husband, and my other pets on a military base meaning I need to be mindful of the very delicate work/life balance.
It also requires a lot of paperwork and security checks to get a civilian onto the base especially for someone I do not know personally, as well as me not having permission from the MOD and therefor no insurance for customers visiting the premises.

What is your live arrival guarantee?: The delivery of your order is tracked and means I get up to the minute notifications of when each spider has arrived and been signed for. If you haven’t contacted me within 30 minutes of your spider arriving to tell me that it was sadly dead on arrival then unfortunately I do not offer replacements or refunds.
I highly recommend taking a video/pictures of you unboxing your spider in case there is a problem as I will require proof that it sadly didn’t survive the journey before I will refund or replace it.
Once you have unboxed your spider and placed it inside the enclosure you have for it, my live arrival guarantee ends as I cannot be responsible for factors outside of my control that exist within your home.

What days do you ship, and can I choose the day?: I only ship Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday and unfortunately, you cannot choose which day/date as it completely depends on the weather and temperatures of that coming week. I will obviously try and give you as much notice as possible for which day it will arrive, but British weather being as it is, it could be a last minute decision, alteration, and even postponed to the following week/weeks if the weather is really bad.
Someone MUST be at the address to accept the delivery which is Royal Mail 1pm special delivery, and sign for it.
If you miss the delivery it could be fatal for your spider having to go back to a cold warehouse for at least another night, and also voids my live arrival guarantee.
I am happy to send your spider to an alternative address of a relative, friend or work address if you can’t be home, it just needs to be brought inside out of the cold and ideally above 22 degrees Celsius until you can collect it later that day.
The lives of my spiders come above everything else.
Your spider will also not be shipped if it looks to be going into moult.
