These busy isopods can grow up to 2cm so for this reason I recommend using them in enclosures of adult larger jumping spider species and locales like P.Regius Florida, Apalachicola, and Hyllus species as they do like to wander and climb, and are protein seekers  

If your spider happens to be going through a moult, and these guys decide to go exploring, it could lead to a stressed or injured spider, so best to keep them on their own as pets, or with larger tank mates that can fend them off if they get too rowdy. I have never had this issue personally, and providing you supplement the isopods with a bit of extra food every now and then in the form of tropical fish flakes or dead feeder bugs as they love protein, you shouldn't have any problems, but I’d hate for you to lose your spider to a rowdy isopod.

They come in tubs of 10 mixed size isopods with some extra pods included to make up for any that might perish during transit. They are taken from my master colony so may also come with some of the substrate, pregnant females, isopod babies and the odd springtail as well, all perfectly happy living together peacefully in a  medium/large enclosure alongside your spider.
